Spectators: 5003 (Terracing: 4001, Seating: 1001, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Phillip McWhirter started the match with the kick off. Stevie Bontein took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andrew McAchounich. Andrew McAchounich dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After having played for 10 minutes, Stevie Bontein managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DEDRIDGE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stevie Bontein was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th play minute Stevie Bontein came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Andrew McAchounich. 2-0. Phillip McWhirter's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andrew McAchounich read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Sean Conochie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Liam Laidlaw tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Troy McUre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of HOOTERS AFC booed when DEDRIDGE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harold McCammond didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 31 minutes, Stevie Bontein managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DEDRIDGE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stevie Bontein was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 37th minute, Stevie Bontein got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Stevie Bontein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sean Conochie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liam Laidlaw having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Phillip McWhirter in the 44th minute of play forced HOOTERS AFC's goalkeeper Andrew McAchounich to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Troy McUre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute, Harold McCammond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Liam Laidlaw showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sean Conochie, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Jay McCune hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. If Stevie Bontein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sean Conochie came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the HOOTERS AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sean Conochie couldn't finish the play. After 66 played minutes DEDRIDGE got a freekick which was hit by Harry McChlery. In the 68th minute, one of DEDRIDGE:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for DEDRIDGE. The referee gave HOOTERS AFC a penalty, 71 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aaron McCowan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of DEDRIDGE's Liam Laidlaw. 2-1. 74 minutes into the game, Jay McCune was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DEDRIDGE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave HOOTERS AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, DEDRIDGE's Jay McCune got a free kick in the 74th minute. Troy McUre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sean Conochie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, Sean Conochie dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Liam Laidlaw, 2-2. Liam Laidlaw made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Troy McUre sent off a good shot on target. If Phillip McWhirter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrew McAchounich showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stevie Bontein in the 98th minute of the match. Despite being the better team, HOOTERS AFC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
