The tension between the Rangers FC and the Nova Descoberta - SCOT players grew even worse after the yellow card. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tony Pitullich stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Rangers FC fully deserved thier win.
