Spectators: 8040 (Terracing: 6031, Seating: 1849, VIP seats: 160) Glasgow Elfs FC's Terence McGhee started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Glasgow Elfs FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Alistair Abbie hit a great ball. Benjamin Hughes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terence McGhee in the 5th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Graham McInally got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Graham McInally had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the game, Dribbling Skills FC's Graham McInally nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacob Griesck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Terence McGhee recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benjamin Hughes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terence McGhee in the 16th minute of the match. Graham McInally received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Jacob Griesck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute of the game, Troy Young landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 20 minutes into the game, Jim Roy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Glasgow Elfs FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dribbling Skills FC the free kick. Jordan Polson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jacob Griesck came out and tried to block the shot, but Jordan Polson slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 24th minute. Benjamin Hughes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alistair Abbie, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Terence McGhee in the 30th minute of play forced Dribbling Skills FC's goalkeeper Benjamin Hughes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Terence McGhee shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Hughes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Terence McGhee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The wind increased when Graham McInally made the kick off in the second half. Euan Loudoun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Dribbling Skills FC's zone, Terence McGhee stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Hughes came out of the goal and Terence McGhee tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Terence McGhee had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Glasgow Elfs FC's Jacob Griesck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Euan Loudoun in the 71st minute of play. Graham McInally received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. The tension between the Dribbling Skills FC and the Glasgow Elfs FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 84 minutes into the game, one of Dribbling Skills FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jim Roy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Benjamin Hughes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Hughes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jim Roy went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
