Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Matthew Gregory recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th minute, one of Wishaw:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Wishaw. In the 9th minute there was a penalty for KingsHall. Harry Lamondson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nicol McKilligan. 0-1. In the 13th minute, Willie Armour made a precise shot to the right of Nicol McKilligan. Wishaw's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Wishaw's Nicol McKilligan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronald Eadie in the 40th minute of play. Matthew Gregory fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malcolm McEoin having to interfere. After having played for 47 minutes, Willie Armour managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KingsHall's supporters crossed their fingers, but Willie Armour was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half KingsHall were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Matthew Gregory stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, KingsHall was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmond McChlerich to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Wishaw's Nicky Polson tried to score from far away in the 56th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Malcolm McEoin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthew Gregory, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute, Ronald Eadie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ronald Eadie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Nicol McKilligan made a huge save. Willie Armour struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Nicol McKilligan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KingsHall. Matthew Gregory fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malcolm McEoin having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Matthew Gregory hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Willie Armour did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Nicol McKilligan 83 minutes into the match. Ronald Eadie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicol McKilligan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Wishaw's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Willie Armour fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Adrian Morren hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match.
