Spectators: 6845 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1845, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Malcolm McQuire made the kick off which started today's match. 8 minutes into the match, Brunswick Rovers's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Moodie came free, but Aidan Cochrane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Sam Christie made a precise shot to the right of Aidan Cochrane. Brunswick Rovers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Aidan Cochrane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Moodie, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. If Malcolm McQuire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17thth minute of the game Johnny Linklater who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Huntly's Jacob Fox was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Huntly's Alex Moodie in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brunswick Rovers's goalie prevented a goal. Aidan Cochrane acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 24th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Terence Dowe. Sam Christie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aidan Cochrane having to interfere. Terence Dowe kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Jacob Fox stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Malcolm McQuire's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Sam Christie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aidan Cochrane. Brunswick Rovers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sam Christie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Aidan Cochrane was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Alex Moodie capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alex Moodie really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alex Moodie to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Brunswick Rovers's zone, Alex Moodie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aidan Cochrane came out of the goal and Alex Moodie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aidan Cochrane didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sam Christie went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Sam Christie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aidan Cochrane having to interfere. Aidan Cochrane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Moodie in the 71st minute of the match. Jacob Fox made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Johnny Linklater sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Brunswick Rovers getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Andrew Tyre hit a great ball. Malcolm McQuire was extremely unlucky when he, in the 80th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Aidan Cochrane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Christie in the 84th minute of play. Alex Moodie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Logan Buchanan kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match.
