Spectators: 8097 (Terracing: 6074, Seating: 1862, VIP seats: 161) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stephen Fleming started the match with the kick off. If Guy McNuir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute Alisdair Home shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fraser Neil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fraser Neil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alisdair Home in the 17th minute of play. If Stephen Fleming had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stephen Fleming received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Vincent Jamieson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guy McNuir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guy McNuir might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vincent Jamieson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guy McNuir ran back to his position shaking his head. Stephen Fleming took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vincent Jamieson. Vincent Jamieson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Vincent Jamieson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guy McNuir's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. In the 44thth minute of the game Stephen Fleming who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Loch Lomond 04's Vincent Jamieson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Guy McNuir blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vincent Jamieson having to make a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When Guy McNuir came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Ace of Spades fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guy McNuir couldn't finish the play. Jonathan McLeod hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Loch Lomond 04's Vincent Jamieson got control of the ball when Guy McNuir tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stephen Fleming succeeded in the game's 57th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. In the 64th minute Alisdair Home shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fraser Neil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vincent Jamieson didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 67th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Jack McNayer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Guy McNuir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Stephen Fleming took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Vincent Jamieson to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Ace of Spades getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Stephen Fleming hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, Loch Lomond 04's Taylor Reoch sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fraser Neil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Loch Lomond 04's Vincent Jamieson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephen Fleming in the 92nd minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Ace of Spades left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Loch Lomond 04.
