In the 2nd minute, Tom Nixon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 3 minutes into the game, Samuel Davie was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PRIME UTD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético Strachur the free kick. After 3 played minutes PRIME UTD got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Davie. Liam Burk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Thomas Griesck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mark Connall during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 12th match minute, Club Atlético Strachur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mark Connall to maneuver through the defense. Gavin Adamson might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thomas Griesck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gavin Adamson ran back to his position shaking his head. Liam Burk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Thomas Griesck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as PRIME UTD's Liam Burk slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Thomas Griesck. That made the score 1-0 after 20 minutes of play. Benjamin McRobert's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy McNee read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Benjamin McRobert struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Tommy McNee didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético Strachur. Kieran Cooke hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Chris McKinning recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Club Atlético Strachur's Thomas Griesck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liam Burk in the 41st minute of play. PRIME UTD's Samuel Davie suffered a sore thigh after 44 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Christopher McBheath's late challenge caught a PRIME UTD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christopher McBheath helped the player get up and apologised. After 45 played minutes Club Atlético Strachur got a freekick which was hit by Christopher McBheath. A hard shot by Mike McCruithein from long distance, 46 minutes into the match, got Thomas Griesck's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gavin Adamson made a kick off. Gavin Adamson might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thomas Griesck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gavin Adamson ran back to his position shaking his head. Gavin Adamson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Griesck having to interfere. If Willie Norman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gavin Adamson came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the PRIME UTD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavin Adamson couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Strachur's zone, Gavin Adamson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Griesck came out of the goal and Gavin Adamson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Club Atlético Strachur's Thomas Griesck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavin Adamson in the 75th minute of play. Gavin Adamson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thomas Griesck having to make a save. Thomas Griesck came out of the goal and Liam Burk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 83 minutes into the game, Ian McKeachan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Strachur's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PRIME UTD the free kick. The supporters of PRIME UTD booed when Club Atlético Strachur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ian McKeachan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gavin Adamson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Thomas Griesck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thomas Griesck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavin Adamson in the 93rd minute of the match. Gavin Adamson scored 2-1 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thomas Griesck, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that PRIME UTD were the better team. PRIME UTD's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
