Barga FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rupert McCall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Rupert McCall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Nick Niven fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc Wpierdol's protests and gave Nick Niven a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Barga FC booed when Fc Wpierdol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nick Niven didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The wind increased when Rupert McCall made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Fc Wpierdol's Danny Marshall made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Shane McFie was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Neil Robb managed to get in a good position for a shot. When the match was over Barga FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fc Wpierdol throughout the match.
