Spectators: 6850 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1850, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Billy McCaskill got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute Vincent McGilchrist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stuart McLarty saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fergus McKiggan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Archie Gibb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fc Wpierdol's Stuart McLarty played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Billy McCaskill in the 14th minute of play. After some careless play in the Fc Wpierdol defense, Paul McDonleavy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stuart McLarty. The Fc Wpierdol fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stuart McLarty should have stopped the shot. Billy McCaskill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mike McLagan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Archie Gibb in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Fc Wpierdol's Archie Gibb dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Archie Gibb received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mike McLagan came out and tried to block the shot, but Archie Gibb slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 32nd minute. If Billy McCaskill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vincent McGilchrist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Stuart McLarty showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ray McMillan, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Archie Gibb in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mike McLagan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 55 minutes, Archie Gibb managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Wpierdol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Archie Gibb was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danny Marshall in the 65th minute of play forced Dangarous Devils's goalkeeper Mike McLagan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stuart McLarty made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Vincent McGilchrist sent off a good shot on target. Billy McCaskill was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 71st minute. Dangarous Devils's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Billy McCaskill struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Stuart McLarty didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dangarous Devils. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vincent McGilchrist got free with Stuart McLarty in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dangarous Devils's Mike McLagan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny Marshall in the 85th minute of play. Danny Marshall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mike McLagan having to interfere. If Danny Marshall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the game, Fc Wpierdol's Conor Jones nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mike McLagan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Fc Wpierdol's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
