Keith McCammond struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Malcolm McKechnie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carluke. The Tranent City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Kenny Higginson hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. When the match was over Tranent City could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Carluke throughout the match.
