Luke Hunter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dylan Constable, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alisdair Gardiner in the 14th minute of play forced Keltic Academy's goalkeeper Luke Hunter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Ian Ainsworth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute of the match Ewan McElheran sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luke Hunter skillfully saved the ball. Lucas Ainslie's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nicky Malcolm firmly grabbed it by the left post. Hamish Combie kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st play minute Lucas Ainslie came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Nicky Malcolm. 2-0. Ullapool's Nicky Malcolm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Will Crombie in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th minute of the match Greig Grieve shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luke Hunter showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Nicky Malcolm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Will Crombie, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Keltic Academy's Lucas Ainslie sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicky Malcolm narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nicky Malcolm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Will Crombie in the 60th minute of play. Will Crombie took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicky Malcolm. Nicky Malcolm dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Will Crombie scored 4-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicky Malcolm, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dylan Constable took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luke Hunter. Luke Hunter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Greg Wilson kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Alisdair Gardiner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ullapool's supporters rose to their feet, but Alisdair Gardiner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luke Hunter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alisdair Gardiner's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Luke Hunter skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 91stth minute of the game Will Crombie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ullapool's Nicky Malcolm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 94th minute Dylan Constable shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luke Hunter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
