The crowd rose to their feet as Will Crombie kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Timothy Lachie. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. If Miles McCruithein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lucas McNeish was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 10 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the game, one of Keltic Academy:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 17th minute Miles McCruithein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luke Hunter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Keltic Academy defense, Theo Munn kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luke Hunter. The Keltic Academy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luke Hunter should have stopped the shot. Lucas Ainslies short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Timothy Lachie to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Lucas Ainslie in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Timothy Lachie, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice moves Lucas Ainslie could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Timothy Lachie however easily saved by the left post. Kevin McGuffie kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Lucas Ainslie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Timothy Lachie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luke Hunter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miles McCruithein in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Garve's goalkeeper Timothy Lachie, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lucas Ainslie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucas Ainslie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lucas Ainslie received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Timothy Lachie came out and tried to block the shot, but Lucas Ainslie slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When Miles McCruithein came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Garve fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miles McCruithein couldn't finish the play. Luke Hunter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miles McCruithein in the 59th minute of play. The Garve fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Garve's Theo Munn looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 68 minutes, Lucas Ainslie made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Garve's Timothy Lachie tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Theo Munns short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Luke Hunter to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Keltic Academy's Greg Wilson got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Luke Hunter was a little too slow when Miles McCruithein got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 3-3. Luke Hunter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miles McCruithein in the 85th minute of the match. Theo Munn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lucas Ainslie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 93 played minutes Garve got a freekick which was hit by Kevin McGuffie. If Lucas Ainslie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Garve's Timothy Lachie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Ainslie in the 98th minute of play. Luke Hunter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miles McCruithein, who was totally free with the ball in the 100th minute. Theo Munn in the 101stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luke Hunter, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Keltic Academy were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
