The supporters of Cairndow City booed when Keltic Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamish Combie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michael Williamson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Luke Hunter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th match minute, Cairndow City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Troy McGruder to maneuver through the defense. Michael Williamson scored 2-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luke Hunter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 24thth minute of the game Will Crombie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cairndow City's Oliver Kean was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hamish Combie's late challenge caught a Cairndow City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hamish Combie helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Keltic Academy getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Hamish Combie hit a great ball. In the 32nd match minute, Cairndow City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Troy McGruder to maneuver through the defense. If Troy McConnechy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David McCrae hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucas Ainslie stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luke Hunter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Williamson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oliver Kean showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Will Crombie in the 59th minute of the match. Lucas Ainslie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Oliver Kean tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Lucas Ainslie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oliver Kean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Will Crombie, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Troy McConnechy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luke Hunter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michael Williamson in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luke Hunter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gus Hill charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gus Hill the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 74th match minute, Cairndow City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gus Hill to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, Cairndow City's goal looked a bit too open when Will Crombie came free, but Oliver Kean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oliver Kean didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Keltic Academy's Lucas Ainslie shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-1 in the ordered_time% minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Williamson in the 82nd minute of play forced Keltic Academy's goalkeeper Luke Hunter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
