Fraser Duthie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Nathan McLiver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. Inverness Warriors's Iain Lambie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Inverness Warriors from getting a goal against them. Iain Lambie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nathan McLiver in the 41st minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 46 minutes into the game, when Jack Tawesson put in a rough tackle. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Burnium FC! The referee showed Nathan McLiver the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 98th minute, one of Burnium FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Burnium FC. The referee gave Inverness Warriors a penalty, 100 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Finlay Gifford, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Burnium FC's Fraser Duthie. 0-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Inverness Warriors had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
