Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) AC Holmavik's Luke McKellar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. AC Holmavik's Stevie Low played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnny Clyne in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luke McKellar in the 11th minute of play forced Maccaulich FC's goalkeeper Sylvain Holemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jordan McGilp during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 12th minute, Jordan McGilp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the game, Nicol Vass was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AC Holmavik's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maccaulich FC the free kick. Nicol Vass hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Stevie Low took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norman McWalrick, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stevie Low was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Norman McWalrick showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 20 minute of play. Stevie Low made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norman McWalrick in the 23rd minute. Norman McWalrick succeeded in the game's 24th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Marc Davidson charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marc Davidson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norman McWalrick in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stevie Low saved AC Holmavik from getting behind. AC Holmavik's Stevie Low proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save AC Holmavik from getting a goal against them. In the 32nd minute, Maccaulich FC's Norman McWalrick ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Stevie Low. Stevie Low yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. In the 39th minute Norman McWalrick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stevie Low saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in AC Holmavik's zone, Jordan McGilp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stevie Low came out of the goal and Jordan McGilp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sylvain Holemans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norman Murphy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 53rdth minute of the game Derek Grewar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Holmavik's Stevie Low was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sam McTaggart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sylvain Holemans having to interfere. The supporters of AC Holmavik booed when Maccaulich FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gary Gruer didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, AC Holmavik's Sylvain Holemans threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luke McKellar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 70th minute, Norman McWalrick left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maccaulich FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. When Jordan McGilp came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Maccaulich FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jordan McGilp couldn't finish the play. A collision led to AC Holmavik getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Luke McKellar hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Norman McWalrick left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maccaulich FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Derek Grewar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stevie Low showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norman McWalrick, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Sylvain Holemans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norman Murphy, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Stevie Low didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jordan McGilp went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Maccaulich FC had won after a very even match.
