Patrick Edwards received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Chris Mark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Highland Warriors's Chris Mark got control of the ball when Patrick Edwards tried to sneak it across the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Highland Warriors's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Edwards came free, but Chris Mark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Travis Moore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Greg McConochie, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute, ФК СЕРДОНПОЛИС's Murray Robb dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Greg McConochie's late challenge caught a ФК СЕРДОНПОЛИС's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Greg McConochie helped the player get up and apologised. Greg McConochie kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Chris Mark was a little too slow when Patrick Edwards got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 3-0. Greg McConochie hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Highland Warriors's Greg McConochie got a free kick in the 37th minute. Patrick Edwards recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the game, Dominic McKinnell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Highland Warriors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ФК СЕРДОНПОЛИС the free kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Highland Warriors's Chris Mark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josué Lago in the 58th minute of play. The ФК СЕРДОНПОЛИС fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when ФК СЕРДОНПОЛИС's Josué Lago looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 62nd minute, Patrick Edwards got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 66th minute Patrick Edwards shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chris Mark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chris Mark was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 84thth minute of the game Patrick Edwards who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Highland Warriors's Chris Mark was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Necip Fazıl Kısakürek hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After 94 played minutes ФК СЕРДОНПОЛИС got a freekick which was hit by Steven McArthur. ФК СЕРДОНПОЛИС were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Highland Warriors for a fine match.
