Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertram Svenningsen in the 4th minute of play forced ЦСКА's goalkeeper Anzhelo Gerushin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Chris Nygaard notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of ЦСКА's Anzhelo Gerushin. Anzhelo Gerushin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dancho Vamporov charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dancho Vamporov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Belcho Hlebarov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Belcho Hlebarov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Keld Paulsen. That made the score 1-1 in the 29 minute of play. Belcho Hlebarov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Denmark's Keld Paulsen got control of the ball when Belcho Hlebarov tried to sneak it across the goal line. ЦСКА's Trayko Trendafilov got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Keld Paulsen made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Ivelin Ananiev sent off a good shot on target. When Ivelin Ananiev fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ЦСКА's protests and gave Ivelin Ananiev a yellow card for diving instead. Ivelin Ananiev kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chris Nygaard was the one to do the kick off. Oleg Gyuzelev charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oleg Gyuzelev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, ЦСКА's Oleg Gyuzelev got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Belcho Hlebarov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chris Nygaard in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anzhelo Gerushin saved ЦСКА from getting behind. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belcho Hlebarov, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The throw-in from Ivelin Ananiev in the 70th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Theis Winther. After a rather tough play, ЦСКА's Dancho Vamporov got a free kick in the 70th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anzhelo Gerushin. That made the score 1-2 after 74 minutes of play. Anzhelo Gerushin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After 93 played minutes ЦСКА got a freekick which was hit by Trayko Trendafilov. When the final whistle sounded Denmark left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ЦСКА.
