The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the game, Bernardo Aires was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aroeira's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tojalinho FC the free kick. In the 93rd match minute, Aroeira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Aires to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Tojalinho FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
