Durval Roriz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute Real Pias Clube were awarded a corner. Máximo Mansilha went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Máximo Mansilha almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bordonhos FC's Diamantino Tristão did a great save. When Rui Gueifão came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Real Pias Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rui Gueifão couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute of the match Nuno Gois sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diamantino Tristão skillfully saved the ball. In the 20th minute, Tomé Nóbrega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Rui Gueifão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Pias Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Rui Gueifão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diamantino Tristão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Real Pias Clube's Leandro Cunha got control of the ball when Alcides Pedroso tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 31 played minutes Real Pias Clube got a freekick which was hit by Luís Candeias. Leandro Cunha had great luck who in the 33rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Olavo Vargas from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Diamantino Tristão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vítor Laureano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olavo Vargas hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Rui Gueifão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Diamantino Tristão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Bordonhos FC's zone, Durval Roriz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diamantino Tristão came out of the goal and Durval Roriz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luís Candeias kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olavo Vargas to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Bordonhos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Laureano came free, but Diamantino Tristão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Candeias hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. 59 minutes into the match, Olavo Vargas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leandro Cunha. Real Pias Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olavo Vargas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Reinaldo Quintanilha took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Diamantino Tristão. Bordonhos FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, Bordonhos FC's Diamantino Tristão got control of the ball when Rui Gueifão tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bordonhos FC had won after a very even match.
