In the 17th minute, SC Meios's Adélio Vasques dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Geraldo Oliveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joaquim Barbosa's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Geraldo Oliveira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joaquim Barbosa went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquim Barbosa in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Geraldo Oliveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Geraldo Oliveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the game, Adélio Vasques was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Meios's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Metro Evalution F.C the free kick. Adélio Vasques hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joaquim Barbosa in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geraldo Oliveira saved SC Meios from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell David Moreira to make the kick off. Raul Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Moreira in the 52nd minute of play. Adélio Vasques was shown his second yellow card after 62 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to SC Meios getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Xavier Alcântara hit a great ball. Joaquim Barbosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 67 minutes into the match, SC Meios's goalkeeper Geraldo Oliveira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joaquim Barbosa. In the 68th minute, Viriato Fonseca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Viriato Fonseca's late challenge caught a SC Meios's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Viriato Fonseca helped the player get up and apologised. 庞鸿岩 kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. The supporters of Metro Evalution F.C booed when SC Meios was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Higino Quirino didn't get a good kick on the ball. The attack was good, but when Joaquim Barbosa in the 77th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal.
