After 23 played minutes Crespos F.C got a freekick which was hit by Rui Dantas. Nuno Ferro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Renato Valadão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. MSClub's Renato Valadão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Ferro in the 29th minute of play. Renato Valadão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Ferro in the 34th minute of the match. Renato Valadão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vítor Ribeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

After 55 minutes, David Barbosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Crespos F.C and the MSClub players grew even worse after the yellow card. MSClub's players were relieved. 73 minutes into the match, Vítor Ribeiro notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of MSClub's Renato Valadão. Renato Valadão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of MSClub booed when Crespos F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogério Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rogério Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Crespos F.C defense, Joaquim Baptista kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Lopes. The Crespos F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Lopes should have stopped the shot. When the match was over Crespos F.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than MSClub throughout the match.
