Spectators: 6681 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sérgio Távora started the match with the kick off. In the 10th minute, Tião Fantini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Higino Salgueiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. With a little luck, Arrentela FC's Higino Salgueiro got control of the ball when Tião Fantini tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Alcains™'s Humberto Azevedo got a free kick in the 26th minute. Inácio Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Higino Salgueiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Arrentela FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Danilo Palma hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Alcains™'s Bruno Brás got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Higino Salgueiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tião Fantini went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 40th minute of the game. One of Arrentela FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Alcains™:s goal. When the match had been going on for 41 minutes, Alcains™'s Tião Fantini got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Higino Salgueiro. Cristiano Jesus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Higino Salgueiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tião Fantini in the 48th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tião Fantini made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristiano Jesus in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Higino Salgueiro saved Arrentela FC from getting behind. After having played for 54 minutes, Joaquim Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alcains™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Joaquim Azevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Higino Salgueiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tião Fantini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arrentela FC's Higino Salgueiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tião Fantini in the 64th minute of play. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Cristiano Jesus sped through Arrentela FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Higino Salgueiro. Filipe Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sérgio Távora in the 69th minute of play. Arrentela FC's Higino Salgueiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tião Fantini in the 70th minute of play. Carlos Costa's late challenge caught a Alcains™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Costa helped the player get up and apologised. 72 minutes into the game, one of Arrentela FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tião Fantini in the 76th minute of play forced Arrentela FC's goalkeeper Higino Salgueiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cassiano Lucena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Filipe Pinheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Jesus in the 86th minute of play forced Arrentela FC's goalkeeper Higino Salgueiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristiano Jesus in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Higino Salgueiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Higino Salgueiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tião Fantini, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After some careless play in the Arrentela FC defense, Bruno Brás kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Higino Salgueiro. The Arrentela FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Higino Salgueiro should have stopped the shot. Arrentela FC's Higino Salgueiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tião Fantini in the 100th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Alcains™ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
