Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The SC Lares fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Pinheiro should have stopped the shot. Marco Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Raul Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. João Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lisboa in the 17th minute of play. Abel Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Vale in the 20th minute of the match. If Marco Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Descampado were furious when Lúcio Gueifão was red carded, 27 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 26 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SC Descampado! If Marco Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Bruno Nascimento made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute of the match, Carlos Araújo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Abel Torres saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, SC Descampado's Bruno Andrade got a free kick in the 55th minute. Raul Oliveira kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. If Marco Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Vale in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Raul Oliveira succeeded in the game's 85th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-3.
