Clube Futebol Os Coxos's Emílio Domingues proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Clube Futebol Os Coxos from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Peitimao FC's zone, Tamás Benke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reinaldo Prada came out of the goal and Tamás Benke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tamás Benke in the 34th managed to get into a good position. Peitimao FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Clube Futebol Os Coxos the free kick. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tamás Benke made a kick off. Tamás Benke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Reinaldo Prada made a huge save. Tamás Benke in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Reinaldo Prada, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 57 minutes into the game, when Delfim Leão put in a rough tackle. Alcides Noronha hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. If Erik Gunnarsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erik Gunnarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reinaldo Prada having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Reinaldo Prada successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Emílio Domingues came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Peitimao FC's Cristiano Bentes. But to his dismay, Cristiano Bentes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Erik Gunnarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. Peitimao FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Clube Futebol Os Coxos for a fine match.
