Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) SC Carvalheda's Augusto Nascimento started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fernando Azevedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Cléber Leal made a huge save. With his leg Viriato Fontes managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Fintas FC's Joaquim Pinheiro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Branco during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 85th minute, David Branco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87th play minutes Joaquim Pinheiro shot 1-4, a short shot which went by Viriato Fontes and just under the crossbar into goal. The SC Carvalheda players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
