The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jacinto Paredes didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 5th minute. Niza FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! João Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Álvaro Ramos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Rabigordo's goal looked a bit too open when Álvaro Ramos came free, but João Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jacinto Paredes came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Niza FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacinto Paredes couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Álvaro Ramos in the 43rd minute of play forced Rabigordo's goalkeeper João Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jacinto Paredes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Álvaro Ramos made a kick off. Tomás Domingos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Heitor Magalhães made a great header on Niza FC's corner, it was just that Rabigordo's João Vale managed to reach the ball for a save. João Vale came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Niza FC's Álvaro Ramos. But to his dismay, Álvaro Ramos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Jacinto Paredes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Vale having to interfere. In the 98th minute, Rabigordo's André Vilas Boas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1.
