The Alcains United FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Alcains United FC's António Cabral got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Humberto Moutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that António Cabral's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eliseu Tristão was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Sandoeira's zone, Humberto Moutinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseu Tristão came out of the goal and Humberto Moutinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 53rd minute, Alcains United FC's Humberto Moutinho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eliseu Tristão. Eliseu Tristão yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Eliseu Tristão made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Humberto Moutinho sent off a good shot on target. After 57 played minutes Sandoeira got a freekick which was hit by Armindo Costa. Humberto Moutinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu Tristão having to interfere. Eliseu Tristão made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when António Cabral sent off a good shot on target. In the 63rdth minute of the game Humberto Moutinho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sandoeira's Eliseu Tristão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If António Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sandoeira's Eliseu Tristão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Moutinho in the 73rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Humberto Moutinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eliseu Tristão was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Humberto Moutinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Sandoeira's Rubim Águas got a free kick in the 87th minute. Alcains United FC's António Cabral got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 90 minutes into the match, Alcains United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Madruga came free, but 陆思升 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 91 in the game by António Cabral from a close distance when the talented Eliseu Tristão managed to make a qualified save. Sandoeira's players were relieved. António Cabrals short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Eliseu Tristão to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match was over Alcains United FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sandoeira throughout the match.
