Spectators: 7209 (Terracing: 5409, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) kyroteam's Rogério Sanches got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hélder Machado scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aquilino Bettencourt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hélder Machado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Aquilino Bettencourt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernando Leiria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, kyroteam's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Leiria came free, but Aquilino Bettencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 17 minutes, Cassiano Palha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the kyroteam and the Almargens FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to kyroteam getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Cassiano Palha hit a great ball. After 18 played minutes, Almargens FC's Jorge Moura shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aquilino Bettencourt came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Almargens FC reached it. After 22 played minutes Almargens FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Castro. When the match had been going on for 26 minutes, kyroteam's Humberto Vaz got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Duarte Dias. Paulo Nascimento hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. If Fernando Leiria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernando Leiria stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aquilino Bettencourt came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Almargens FC's Hélder Machado. But to his dismay, Hélder Machado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Aquilino Bettencourt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hélder Machado went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. 70 minutes into the match, kyroteam's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Leiria came free, but Aquilino Bettencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The goalkeeper, Aquilino Bettencourt, was totally fooled by Almargens FC's Jorge Moura, who 73 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Jorge Moura charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Moura the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aquilino Bettencourt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Leiria in the 85th minute of the match. If Rogério Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94thth minute of the game Fernando Leiria who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but kyroteam's Aquilino Bettencourt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute, Cassiano Palha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Hélder Machado came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Almargens FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hélder Machado couldn't finish the play. Ricardo Tinoco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duarte Dias having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Almargens FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
