Ramiro Igrejas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Pedro Figueiredo made a huge save. 5 minutes into the game, Igor Camacho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Figueiredo. Igor Camacho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 16 minutes into the game, Krad Fire's Afonso Esteves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernardo Carmona made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Paulo Viegas's late challenge caught a Krad Fire's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulo Viegas helped the player get up and apologised. Paulo Viegas kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After 24th play minutes Alfredo Abreu shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Bernardo Carmona and just under the crossbar into goal. Bernardo Carmona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonso Esteves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardo Carmona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Abreu in the 39th minute of play. Augusto Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Carmona having to interfere. In the 42nd match minute, Krad Fire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Figueiredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Camacho, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half Krad Fire were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Igor Camacho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredo Abreu in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardo Carmona saved NEGE from getting behind. Afonso Esteves struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Bernardo Carmona didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Krad Fire. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Camacho in the 57th minute of play forced Krad Fire's goalkeeper Pedro Figueiredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Paredes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Carmona having to interfere. After 65 played minutes NEGE got a freekick which was hit by Igor Camacho. Alfredo Abreu in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bernardo Carmona, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Pedro Figueiredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Camacho in the 70th minute of the match. Bernardo Carmona didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfredo Abreu went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. After 93 played minutes NEGE got a freekick which was hit by Igor Camacho. Thanks to some nice moves Afonso Esteves could shoot a difficult shot in the 94th minute, which Bernardo Carmona however easily saved by the left post. Bernardo Carmona was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Afonso Esteves capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Afonso Esteves really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. Krad Fire's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
