Botaporrego FC's Armin Selvi got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vintila Angelescu in the 16th minute of play forced TiTi's goalkeeper José Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, TiTi's José Mota got control of the ball when Armin Selvi tried to sneak it across the goal line. TiTi's José Mota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armin Selvi in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Vintila Angelescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pedro Simões fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Mota having to interfere. Botaporrego FC's Armin Selvi got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. José Mota made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vintila Angelescu in the 32nd minute. Américo Paredes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvano Quadros's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Américo Paredes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvano Quadros, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The supporters of Botaporrego FC booed when TiTi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Santiago didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Armin Selvi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Botaporrego FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Armin Selvi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Mota breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvano Quadros stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Silvano Quadros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Américo Paredes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frederico lacerda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julião Fiúza kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, TiTi's goal looked a bit too open when Duarte Gomes came free, but José Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Mota came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Botaporrego FC's Armin Selvi. But to his dismay, Armin Selvi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Santiago in the 70th minute of play forced Botaporrego FC's goalkeeper Américo Paredes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Botaporrego FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Silvano Quadros scored to the left of an out of position Américo Paredes, making the score, 1-1. If Armin Selvi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. José Mota stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Armin Selvi's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute Armin Selvi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Mota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Botaporrego FC's attentive Vasco Maia managed to snatch the ball when Julião Fiúza made a throw-in in the 81st minute of the game. In the 84th play minute Frederico lacerda came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Américo Paredes. 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vintila Angelescu in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Mota saved TiTi from getting behind. When Rafael Santiago fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TiTi's protests and gave Rafael Santiago a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to TiTi getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Rafael Santiago hit a great ball. Botaporrego FC's Américo Paredes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Botaporrego FC from getting a goal against them. Armin Selvi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Mota read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Although Botaporrego FC had been in control for most of the match, TiTi still came away with the win.
