Nicolau Sarmento was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Bento Teixeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. In the 33rd minute Marco Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viriato Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. António Leão made a great header on Amareleja FC's corner, it was just that SC Telhadouro's Nicolau Sarmento managed to reach the ball for a save. Viriato Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Nascimento in the 41st minute of play. The supporters of SC Telhadouro booed when Amareleja FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Vale didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes in the game, Marco Nascimento dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 47 minutes in the game, Bento Teixeira fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Nicolau Sarmento having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bento Teixeira was the one to do the kick off. Bento Teixeira scored 3-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicolau Sarmento, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Viriato Santos made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Samuel Figueiras sent off a good shot on target. If Marco Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Melo in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicolau Sarmento saved SC Telhadouro from getting behind. If Samuel Figueiras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of SC Telhadouro booed when Amareleja FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amareleja FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of SC Telhadouro for a fine match.
