Spectators: 7117 (Terracing: 5440, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 10) Rodrigo Oliveira started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th minute, Zeferino Campelo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfredo Coimbra. The goal made the score 1-0. 12 minutes into the game, Augusto Santos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Passarela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C.Alverca the free kick. After a rather tough play, SC Passarela's Augusto Santos got a free kick in the 12th minute. 15 minutes into the game, SC Passarela's Rodrigo Oliveira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Máximo Ramos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After having played for 22 minutes, Joel Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Passarela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Porto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Porto in the 33rd minute of play forced F.C.Alverca's goalkeeper Máximo Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36thth minute of the game Zeferino Campelo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Passarela's Alfredo Coimbra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rui Freitas kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Passarela's goalkeeper Alfredo Coimbra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 40 minutes SC Passarela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eliseu Quintela who took care of the corner kick. 42 minutes into the match, Zeferino Campelo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alfredo Coimbra, 2-1. Joel Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Máximo Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zeferino Campelo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C.Alverca's goalkeeper Máximo Ramos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Fernando Malafaia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Afonso Leão during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to SC Passarela getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Afonso Leão hit a great ball. In the 61st match minute, F.C.Alverca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Malafaia to maneuver through the defense. Alfredo Coimbra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedito Caires, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. F.C.Alverca's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Rodrigo Oliveira scored to the left of an out of position Máximo Ramos, making the score, 2-2. F.C.Alverca's Máximo Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Oliveira in the 83rd minute of play. A collision led to F.C.Alverca getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Julião Calheiros hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the game, SC Passarela's Joel Porto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Máximo Ramos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3.
