Albérico Azenha struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Xavier Neves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Inacios. Albérico Azenha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavier Neves having to interfere. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pepe FC's goalkeeper Xavier Neves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Paulo Pedroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xavier Neves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albérico Azenha in the 22nd minute. Salvador Chagas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavier Neves having to interfere. Salvador Chagas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domingos Passos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Gaspar, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Domingos Passos came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pepe FC's Paulo Pedroso. But to his dismay, Paulo Pedroso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 37th minute, Afonso Cruz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pepe FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Pepe FC's Xavier Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Chagas in the 41st minute of play. Xavier Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albérico Azenha, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The SC Inacios players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pepe FC were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Albérico Azenha made the kick off in the second half. Afonso Cruz hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. If Salvador Chagas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to SC Inacios getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Albérico Azenha hit a great ball. In the 68th minute, Paulo Pedroso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Albérico Azenha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was beautiful to see SC Inacios's Salvador Chagas in action when he in the 75th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After 81 played minutes Pepe FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Pedroso. If Albérico Azenha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salvador Chagas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salvador Chagas came free in the 93rd minute and tried to tip the ball over Xavier Neves, but to the joy of Pepe FC's supporters the ball went over.
