Eurico Serpa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Eurico Serpa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teófilo Souto kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. If Heitor Saldanha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eurico Serpa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valter Martins made a kick off. Máximo Castanheira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heitor Saldanha in the 53rd minute of the match. Máximo Castanheira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eurico Serpa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eurico Serpa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd minute Valter Martins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but António Gago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sandro Calheiros got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-1 in the right cross in the 64th match minute before António Gago had time to react. Máximo Castanheira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eurico Serpa, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. If Sandro Calheiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, GRANDA BENFICA's goal looked a bit too open when Heitor Saldanha came free, but Máximo Castanheira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Máximo Castanheira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heitor Saldanha in the 83rd minute of play. Eurico Serpa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Máximo Castanheira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Rompecilha UFP fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. If Valter Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 93 minutes, Sandro Calheiros made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Rompecilha UFP's António Gago tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
