In the 12th minute Norbert Ramzinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cătălin Hapaina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cătălin Hapaina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Nascimento in the 17th minute of the match. Cătălin Hapaina was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Gaspar Nascimento capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gaspar Nascimento really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. SC Lijo's Daniel Dias got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Corsários do Farol's Cătălin Hapaina proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Corsários do Farol from getting a goal against them. 37 minutes into the match, Corsários do Farol's goalkeeper Cătălin Hapaina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaspar Nascimento. After some careless play in the Corsários do Farol defense, Gaspar Nascimento kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cătălin Hapaina. The Corsários do Farol fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cătălin Hapaina should have stopped the shot. Gaspar Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

In the 66th match minute, Corsários do Farol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélder Guarda to maneuver through the defense.
