Cristiano Eiró's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristóvão Abreu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Pepe's attack was well implemented in the 46th minute, but when Sebastião Paredes was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Jorge Trindade scored 1-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rafael Aguiar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
