Spectators: 6660 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Augusto Nascimento started the match with the kick off. With an all-out effort, Fortes's Manuel Soares threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vítor Mafra, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Vítor Mafra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentim Velasques didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filipe Carvalho went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 25th minute, Eurico Fagundes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Augusto Nascimento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valentim Velasques. Fortes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augusto Nascimento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Valentim Velasques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filipe Carvalho in the 31st minute of play. Fortes's Valentim Velasques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Nascimento in the 32nd minute of play. Manuel Soares came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Fortes's António Malafaia. But to his dismay, António Malafaia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.

58 minutes in the game, Augusto Nascimento fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Valentim Velasques having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Fortes's goalkeeper Valentim Velasques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filipe Carvalho. Augusto Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentim Velasques having to interfere. Fortes's Valentim Velasques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Fortes from getting a goal against them. Augusto Nascimento struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Valentim Velasques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Abrantes FC. Lucas Gonçalves kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Pedro Brito sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Fortes's Valentim Velasques didn't even have to move. If Augusto Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filipe Carvalho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Augusto Nascimento blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valentim Velasques having to make a save. If Humberto Casado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filipe Carvalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentim Velasques having to interfere.
