Spectators: 6681 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gentil Moutinho started the match with the kick off. A collision led to SC Maceira getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Benedito Correia hit a great ball. SC Maceira's André Moita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Oliveira in the 9th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Armando Oliveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Carvide's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Oliveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Moita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Gentil Moutinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gustavo Leão was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. In a very dangerous position, a player in SC Carvide fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 13th minute. Penalty! Benedito Correia shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 17th minute, SC Maceira's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after 龚适谦 fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. André Moita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Oliveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If 龚适谦 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, SC Carvide's goal looked a bit too open when Gentil Moutinho came free, but Gustavo Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gentil Moutinho scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustavo Leão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Armando Oliveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. André Moita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. André Moita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Oliveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Gustavo Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belchior Amaro in the 40th minute of play. Armando Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. André Moita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Armando Oliveira in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg André Moita saved SC Maceira from getting behind. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Armando Oliveira was the one to do the kick off. 龚适谦 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SC Maceira's André Moita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 龚适谦 in the 54th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Armando Oliveira notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of SC Maceira's André Moita. André Moita was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armando Oliveira in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck André Moita prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 龚适谦 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Moita having to interfere. Armando Oliveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raí Mattos charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raí Mattos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The SC Carvide fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when SC Carvide's Armando Oliveira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When 龚适谦 came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the SC Carvide fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 龚适谦 couldn't finish the play. André Moita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Oliveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. If 龚适谦 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Armando Oliveira in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg André Moita saved SC Maceira from getting behind. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SC Carvide fully deserved thier win.
