Eliseu Miguéis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gonzales Pinazas went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Nuno Freire charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nuno Freire the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 26 minutes into the match, Entrada a pés juntos's Pedro Amaro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eliseu Miguéis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Humberto Jesus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Humberto Jesus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Santiago Vilela thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Eliseu Miguéis, a very annoying self made goal in the 52nd minute which led to 2-0. Eliseu Miguéis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Jesus, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 60th minute, Humberto Jesus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Guerres FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Faro came free, but Eliseu Miguéis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Entrada a pés juntos booed when Guerres FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermenegildo Damásio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Humberto Jesus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rui Faro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Eliseu Miguéis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gonzales Pinazas might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eliseu Miguéis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gonzales Pinazas ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Humberto Jesus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Entrada a pés juntos's supporters rose to their feet, but Humberto Jesus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliseu Miguéis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute, Rui Faro made a precise shot to the right of Eliseu Miguéis. Guerres FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After a rather tough play, Entrada a pés juntos's Atabey Tarab got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute Gonzales Pinazas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseu Miguéis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Humberto Jesus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Entrada a pés juntos had played much better football throughout.
