Paulo Paredes's late challenge caught a C.F.PEROSINHO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amado Moutinho was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 58th minute. Rafael FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Catarino Faria came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the C.F.PEROSINHO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Catarino Faria couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd minute Albertino Melo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedito Falcão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Albertino Melo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benedito Falcão was relentless in the 66th minute of the game.
