The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Soares during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Francisco Soares kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Augusto da Rocha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to FC Vinagre getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Leandro Barbosa hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, CS INDOMÁVEIS's Lúcio Queirós got a free kick in the 41st minute. Aprígio Macieira hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leandro Barbosa was the one to do the kick off. Lúcio Queirós charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lúcio Queirós the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tobias Vides made in the 80th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by CS INDOMÁVEIS's Carlos Luz. CS INDOMÁVEIS's Oliveira Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Barbosa in the 83rd minute of play. A throw-in in the 89th minute of the game was made by Caio Passos with Tomé Queiroga as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Pascoal Eiró took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Gueifão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute Augusto da Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascoal Eiró saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
