Spectators: 7182 (Terracing: 5390, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 140) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mário Valido kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute Mário Valido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aprígio Lencastre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 7 played minutes Almagre FC got a freekick which was hit by Donato Furtado. After a defensive mix-up in Almagre FC's zone, Silvestre Lamego stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frederico Santarém came out of the goal and Silvestre Lamego tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The long shot by Adérito Domingos in the 23rd minute really tested Frederico Santarém's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Mário Valido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Cesário Sampaio came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Bustelos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cesário Sampaio couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Silvestre Lamego managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bustelos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvestre Lamego was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frederico Santarém breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The wind increased when Cesário Sampaio made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesário Sampaio in the 56th minute of play forced Almagre FC's goalkeeper Frederico Santarém to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Cesário Sampaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Almagre FC's Eurico Gama got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 65th minute of the match Lisandro Guarda sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Frederico Santarém skillfully saved the ball. In the 68th minute Silvestre Lamego shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederico Santarém saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvestre Lamego fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederico Santarém having to interfere. Cesário Sampaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederico Santarém having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Almagre FC's Valério Durães got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Frederico Santarém made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Lamego in the 74th minute of play. Valério Durães hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Bustelos FC's Lisandro Guarda couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 79th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Almagre FC. Frederico Santarém made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Lamego in the 81st minute of play. Américo Candeias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aprígio Lencastre having to interfere. Américo Candeias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mário Valido in the 95th minute of play forced Bustelos FC's goalkeeper Aprígio Lencastre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Almagre FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
