Spectators: 6681 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hermes Raminhos made the kick off which started today's match. Reinaldo Vidal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Óscar Pedroso's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. 11 minutes into the game, Gaspar Espinosa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MogaDouro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Montouto the free kick. After 11 played minutes MogaDouro got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Espinosa. After 18 minutes of play, Montouto's Óscar Cabral made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reinaldo Vidal was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 21st match minute, Montouto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Óscar Cabral to maneuver through the defense. MogaDouro's Reinaldo Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Óscar Pedroso in the 23rd minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Montouto's Óscar Pedroso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Reinaldo Vidal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 38 minutes into the game, Montouto's Artur Campos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reinaldo Vidal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Óscar Cabral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Reinaldo Vidal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Montouto's Artur Campos got a free kick in the 46th minute.

After some careless play in the Montouto defense, Idalécio Ramires kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Rodrigues. The Montouto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Rodrigues should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, MogaDouro's Horácio Castilho got a free kick in the 55th minute. Óscar Cabral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reinaldo Vidal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Montouto's Óscar Cabral got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 63 minutes into the match, MogaDouro's goal looked a bit too open when Óscar Pedroso came free, but Reinaldo Vidal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Montouto's goalkeeper Pedro Rodrigues had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Idalécio Ramires. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Óscar Pedroso in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reinaldo Vidal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75thth minute of the game Óscar Pedroso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MogaDouro's Reinaldo Vidal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, MogaDouro's Alexandre Gago got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Paulo Valente sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and MogaDouro's Reinaldo Vidal didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Óscar Pedroso in the 80th minute of play forced MogaDouro's goalkeeper Reinaldo Vidal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Idalécio Ramires came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the MogaDouro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Idalécio Ramires couldn't finish the play. MogaDouro's Reinaldo Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Óscar Cabral in the 93rd minute of play. Idalécio Ramires hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Montouto were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of MogaDouro for a fine match.
