Spectators: 6754 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Paulo Cabral kicked off to start the match. Salvador Antas took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Rodrigues. Ricardo Rodrigues dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. João Azevedo hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. A throw-in in the 11th minute of the game was made by André Queirós with António Lima as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 13 minutes, João Azevedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Meia Tola FC and the Neves Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. João Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After 17 minutes, Edgar Gaspar made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Meia Tola FC's Ricardo Rodrigues tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgar Gaspar in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricardo Rodrigues saved Meia Tola FC from getting behind. In the 28th minute Edgar Gaspar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 minutes of play, Neves Fc's Edgar Gaspar made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Rodrigues was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gentil Matias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Rodrigues having to interfere. Ricardo Rodrigues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Gaspar in the 36th minute of the match. In the 36th match minute, Meia Tola FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonso Pinho to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Rodrigues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armindo Andrade in the 40th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Neves Fc's goalkeeper Micael Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel Sá. Manuel Sá sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgar Gaspar was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Edgar Gaspar made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Rodrigues. Meia Tola FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. With a little luck, Meia Tola FC's Ricardo Rodrigues got control of the ball when Edgar Gaspar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 69th minute, Edgar Gaspar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Rodrigues was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. In the 73rd minute Edgar Gaspar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Antas in the 74th minute of play forced Meia Tola FC's goalkeeper Ricardo Rodrigues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Meia Tola FC's Ricardo Rodrigues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Antas in the 75th minute of play. Edgar Gaspar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ricardo Rodrigues came out and tried to block the shot, but Edgar Gaspar slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 78th minute. After 81 played minutes Meia Tola FC got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Pinho. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Salvador Antas took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Ricardo Rodrigues to make any attempt to save it. In the 87th match minute, Neves Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severiano Bacelar to maneuver through the defense. 89 minutes into the match, Meia Tola FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Gaspar came free, but Ricardo Rodrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Neves Fc's Salvador Antas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ricardo Rodrigues. That made the score 0-9 after 90 minutes of play. After 93 minutes, Hamilton Lustosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Neves Fc and the Meia Tola FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Neves Fc getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Hamilton Lustosa hit a great ball. If Paulo Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Salvador Antas fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Neves Fc's protests and gave Salvador Antas a yellow card for diving instead. Salvador Antas kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
