In the 4th match minute, Senhora Da Hora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Idalécio Araújo to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute of the match Paulo Sousa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Veríssimo Lopes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 6 played minutes Senhora Da Hora got a freekick which was hit by Idalécio Araújo. Romão Ávila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th minute, Aquilino lacerda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Solaris's Paulo Sousa tried to score from far away in the 12th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Valter Lameiras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ilídio Junqueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Fabiano Galvão came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Solaris fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabiano Galvão couldn't finish the play. Romão Ávila struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Veríssimo Lopes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Solaris. Senhora Da Hora's Nicolau Domingues shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 33rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ilídio Junqueira but with some difficulty. Valter Lameiras received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ilídio Junqueira came out and tried to block the shot, but Valter Lameiras slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 36th minute. When Romão Ávila came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Solaris fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romão Ávila couldn't finish the play. Fabiano Galvão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Veríssimo Lopes having to interfere.

Ilídio Junqueira came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Senhora Da Hora's José Carreira. But to his dismay, José Carreira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Fabiano Galvão in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Veríssimo Lopes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Idalécio Araújo charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Idalécio Araújo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Senhora Da Hora getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Idalécio Araújo hit a great ball. Senhora Da Hora's Veríssimo Lopes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Senhora Da Hora from getting a goal against them. When Saúl Amaro fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Solaris's protests and gave Saúl Amaro a yellow card for diving instead. Saúl Amaro hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Valter Lameiras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. José Carreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabiano Galvão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Veríssimo Lopes made a huge save. Ilídio Junqueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valter Lameiras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Valter Lameiras came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Senhora Da Hora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valter Lameiras couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Valter Lameiras put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ilídio Junqueira. Romão Ávila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabiano Galvão blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Veríssimo Lopes having to make a save. Adolfo Torcato's late challenge caught a Solaris's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
