Caio Raminhoss short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Osvaldo Malheiro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. SC Cuvinho's Caio Raminhos was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 9th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Bruno Torcato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Baptista having to interfere. When Dércio Paião came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the SC Cuvinho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dércio Paião couldn't finish the play. 24 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when SC Cuvinho's Caio Raminhos fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Caio Raminhoss short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Osvaldo Malheiro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Dércio Paião managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Cuvinho's supporters rose to their feet, but Dércio Paião was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Osvaldo Malheiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dércio Paião's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Osvaldo Malheiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Dércio Paião received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Osvaldo Malheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Osvaldo Malheiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Caio Raminhos went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 42nd minute, Caio Raminhos fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Caio Raminhos in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Osvaldo Malheiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bruno Torcato stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Osvaldo Malheiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caio Raminhos in the 56th minute of the match. Palmiro Palma charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Palmiro Palma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th match minute, Mortena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Palmiro Palma to maneuver through the defense. If Caio Raminhos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to SC Cuvinho getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Reginaldo Pinhal hit a great ball. Anselmo Prestes kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Dércio Paião fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Malheiro having to interfere. In the 76th match minute, SC Cuvinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Prestes to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Quintas's late challenge caught a SC Cuvinho's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Quintas helped the player get up and apologised. Dércio Paião shot the penalty kick right outside the post. If Dércio Paião had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caio Raminhos scored 3-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Osvaldo Malheiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 89th minute Bruno Torcato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidro Baptista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Baptista blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Osvaldo Malheiro having to make a save. Cândido Campos hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. SC Cuvinho's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
