He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bicuela reached it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Andrade to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Miguel Sá sped through Bicuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vicente Amaro. If José Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Miguel Sá's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vicente Amaro was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Sá in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Amaro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 74th minute Miguel Sá shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Amaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicente Amaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Sá in the 83rd minute of the match. Vicente Amaro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Andrade's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Froilan Vargas came out of the goal and José Paredes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vicente Amaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Andrade in the 97th minute of the match.
