A.D.Sanjoanense's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mouros FC the free kick. In the 8th minute, Cristóvão Faro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrique Amaro in the 10th minute of play. Diamantino Barbosa scored 1-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miguel Viana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the A.D.Sanjoanense defense, Henrique Amaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miguel Viana. The A.D.Sanjoanense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miguel Viana should have stopped the shot. Miguel Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diamantino Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miguel Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Ferreira in the 32nd minute of the match. A collision led to Mouros FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Gaspar Gonçalves hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrique Amaro in the 36th minute of play forced A.D.Sanjoanense's goalkeeper Miguel Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diamantino Barbosa in the 37th minute of play. The supporters of Mouros FC booed when A.D.Sanjoanense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Mouros FC's Gaspar Gonçalves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiago Faro in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alberto Coelho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Miguel Viana was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Henrique Amaro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Henrique Amaro really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiago Faro in the 65th minute of play forced Mouros FC's goalkeeper Alberto Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
