Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Belchior Sobral kicked off to start the match. Belchior Sobral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Alexandrino Pestana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in AC Viseu's zone, Belchior Sobral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandrino Pestana came out of the goal and Belchior Sobral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Vladimiro Cesário had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC Viseu's goalkeeper Alexandrino Pestana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vladimiro Cesário struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Alexandrino Pestana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Adoufe. If Belchior Sobral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AC Viseu's Alexandrino Pestana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Cesário in the 22nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Belchior Sobral managed to get in a good position for a shot. Adoufe's supporters rose to their feet, but Belchior Sobral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandrino Pestana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Belchior Sobral in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexandrino Pestana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Adoufe's Belchior Sobral, in the 28th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Adoufe. Vladimiro Cesário fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandrino Pestana having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Adoufe's Belchior Sobral sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alexandrino Pestana narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Adoufe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Veríssimo Tristão should have stopped the shot. The supporters of AC Viseu booed when Adoufe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leal Amado didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute of the match Anselmo Vieira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Veríssimo Tristão skillfully saved the ball. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Adoufe's goalkeeper Veríssimo Tristão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Belchior Sobral blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexandrino Pestana having to make a save. If Laércio Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The AC Viseu players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
