S C Lenhador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manuel Amaral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 33 minutes into the match, S C Lenhador's goal looked a bit too open when Silvano Candal came free, but Nuno Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuno Sobral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Santos's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. S C Lenhador's Nuno Esteves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermes Junqueira in the 38th minute of play. S C Lenhador's Nuno Esteves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save S C Lenhador from getting a goal against them. Nuno Sobral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hermes Junqueira to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucas Santos in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nuno Sobral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jamal Weeks took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nuno Sobral. Nuno Sobral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Jamal Weeks could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Nuno Sobral made a huge save. Nuno Esteves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Amaral in the 79th minute of play. Nuno Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermes Junqueira in the 88th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Manuel Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Esteves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. MÍTICOS FC fully deserved thier win.
